We do not rush
Most perfumes in the world are born by adding fragrance to alcohol that is already complete. We chose a different path. Before we begin composing a scent, we start by completing the alcohol itself.
We ferment and age the plants grown on this land over a long span of time, giving the alcohol itself a grain, a texture. As whiskey holds the years within an oak barrel, our alcohol is born into fragrance only after passing through the aging of time.
This is something no perfumery technique can imitate. Time cannot be rushed, and it cannot be replaced.
